    How Does Princeton Innovators Deliver Results?
    For starters, PI meets with our client business leaders, executives and division managers, to identify requirements for new software, applications, components, and cloud services. Based on these discussions around existing/planned business procedures and operations, PI pinpoints the top three product solutions that will best accomplish the business leaders' goals, taking into account the existing client infrastructure, human resources, and business leaders' level of interest in information technology changes.  This cost/benefit analysis is then delivered to the client for their consideration.

    Upon receiving the client decision and product selection, PI works with its partners to devise an action plan for implementing the solution. PI takes full responsibility for managing the project, working with the development teams from design through testing and delivery. Additionally, PI typically handles development of key custom software components, application configurations, and integration points between existing systems. Finally, PI handles the implementation, go-live, and end-user training, giving our clients an even greater assurance of a successful project conclusion.
